With 8 years of design study and 4 years of professional design practice, I developed a passion for user-centered design and a deep curiosity in designing healthy collaborative interactions between humans & intelligent machines.
I worked across diverse projects ranging from public to private, from startups to nonprofits. I am particularly interested in asking the right question, which leads to an increase in user satisfaction and user engagement through design-driven improvements.
